With a combined experience of more than 50-years in the hospitality space - Dennis and Brian created TH/RST Hospitality in 2019 to disrupt the industry by operating food & beverage concepts in way that is required in a very challenging, low-margin landscape.

Dennis Konen, Co-Founder

An experienced strategist for high volume restaurants. He implements proven systems which then result in capitalizing on bottom line growth year after year. As a partner at TH/RST Group, Dennis’ diverve operational experience in food and beverage shines a light on the financial trajectory of the business. His extensive experience in all aspects of the restaurant is instrumental in the advisory and leadership of the company.

Brian Kelly, Co-Founder

He believes in the power of technology to streamline processes and procedures to capitalize on the company’s greatest potential.
